I came up with a fun title for this one! "Grazed by a draft". A little play on words there. I'm getting some headway on this. As I started laying in the darker greens in the background, I felt I had an "On no!" moment. The problem is that I started 'thinking' out the painting. How I thought it should go and what I wanted in it. Not sure when I will learn not to do that! As soon as I let go of all preconceived thoughts as to what I thought this should look like, it started falling into place.
During that "on no!" moment, I went out side for a break and dug up a hosta plant that had roots that went to China! I got that transplanted and wore myself out enough to be settled down and went back to the painting. Boy, gardening is great therapy!

My husband is on vacation after today, so who knows how much painting and internet posting I'll be doing. Lots of work around the house will be going on.
